Meaway Security Services, Inc. (MSS) is a California Registered Corporation and California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Licensed Private Patrol Operator (PPO).

MSS was established with the business objective to enter into Contractual Agreements to provide Quality, Licensed Security Guards and Patrol Services, to help Prevent Crimes and to Protect Persons and Property.

MSS was Founded by Mr. Paul I. Meaway and Licensed by BSIS July 2010 as a Sole Proprietor.  In May 2016, MSS was Incorporated with California Secretary and Licensed by BSIS as a Corporation.

In addition to the above, MSS is also an Active Registered Vendor of the following Entities:

  • The United States Federal Government’s System for Award Management (SAM)

  • The State of California Department of General Services (DGS)

  • The City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles, City of Carson and other surrounding Cities and Counties within Southern California.

MSS is insured, committed, customer-service oriented and is ready and prepared to deploy trained and licensed private security professionals to provide quality protective services (uniformed or plain-clothed).

 We also own and operate a BSIS Licensed Firearms Training Facility (TFF), Founded and Registered as Meaway Security Training Academy (MSTA) with BSIS August 2011, by Mr. Meaway.  MSTA provides the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) required Power to Arrest and Firearms Qualification Training Courses to MSS Job Applicants and any qualify Individuals who are seeking BSIS License (Guard Card and Permit For Exposed), for Employment Opportunities.
